At Browz and Fly Tourism Company (Dubai), we strive to ensure that your journey is seamless from the moment you book. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our global clients.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the required initial deposit (typically 25% to 50% of the total package cost) and a written confirmation from our team.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be settled as per the timeline specified in your personalized itinerary (usually 15–21 days prior to departure).
  • Price Fluctuations: For certain services like international flights and seasonal hotel rates, prices are subject to change until the final payment is processed and tickets/vouchers are issued.

2. Cancellation by the Client

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, the following refund scale applies to the land package (excluding non-refundable components like flights and visas):

3. Specific Service Policies

  • Flight Tickets: Refunds are strictly governed by the airline’s own terms (Basic vs. Flex fares). Any refund received from the airline will be passed to the client minus a standard processing fee.
  • Visa Services: Visa processing fees are 100% non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective embassy or immigration authority (UAE/India/International), regardless of the outcome.
  • Hotel Reservations: Non-refundable “hot deals” or peak season bookings (e.g., New Year, Eid, Diwali) are subject to the specific hotel’s strict no-refund policy.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • How to Apply: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or through our Customer Support channel.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or UPI). Please note that banking delays beyond our control may apply.

5. Force Majeure

Browz and Fly Tourism Company shall not be liable for refunds or compensation in cases of “Force Majeure”—events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or flight cancellations by the carrier. In such cases, we will work tirelessly to provide travel credits or reschedule your journey.
